Our teeth whitening products use a peroxide-free PAP formula, which is gentle on enamel and gums.
- Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Not to be used on persons under 18 years of age.
- Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse immediately if product comes into contact with them.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your GlintSmile whitening strips.
Return Policy
You have the right to return your ordered items within 14 days of receiving your order, as per EU directives for consumer rights. However, note that health and hygiene products (like teeth whitening strips) can only be returned if the hygienic seal is intact and the packaging is unopened, unless the product is defective.
Cost of Returns
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us directly at hello@glintsmile.com with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary return shipping address via email. In some cases, we may inform you that returning the item is not necessary to process your refund or replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
